When will my order ship?
Most orders placed will ship the next business day. Orders placed during weekends and after noon on Friday will ship Monday.
What about oversized items?
Some oversized items may be subject to a handling fee. This fee applies to both shipped orders and those picked up in store, as in-store pickup items require transportation from our warehouse to your chosen pickup location. Local customers can avoid this fee by calling or visiting the Village Toy Funatic and purchasing the item directly from the store.
When can I pick up in store?
In-store pickup is available at our Ogunquit location only. Please wait for an email saying your order is ready for pick up in store. It may take up to 2 business days for your order to be ready for pickup. If you arrive to collect your order in store before we have delivered it to that location, we will not be able to fulfill your order. To place an order for in-store pickup within 24 hours, please call our store directly at 207.646.7728 and order over the phone. Funatics in the store can check inventory and have your order wrapped and ready for you to pick up before the end of the business day.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders will ship from our store in Ogunquit, Maine!
Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii?
At this time, we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to United States addresses.
Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Absolutely! We offer FREE gift wrapping for all orders! Just leave a note at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest. Some oversized items may be excepted.
Need to return something?
No problem! Our goal is for every toy to end up in the hands of a child who loves it. Exchanges and returns for store credit are free – just email us at [email protected] and we’ll send you a return label. All other returns will have the cost of return shipping deducted from the total refund.
What is your return policy?
It is our hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. We pride ourselves on the variety and quality of merchandise we offer. If you find reason to return any item, please contact us within 30 days for return authorization. Please notify us at 207.646.7728 or by emailing [email protected]. We will provide you with a return label. Exchanges or returns for store credit will receive free return shipping; all other returns will have the cost of return shipping deducted from the total refund. Some oversized items may not be eligible for free return shipping, even in the case of exchange or store credit.
Change your mind?
No problem! Simply return the item to us and we will refund you the full item price (we cannot refund shipping in this circumstance). Please note: the item MUST be unused and in its original, unopened package. Please notify us at 207.646.7728 or by emailing [email protected] to initiate the return process and receive return authorization.
Is there anything I can’t return?
All returned products must be in resalable condition. Damaged products or packaging, sale items, or seasonal products may not be returned.
Problem with order?
If your reason for return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, we will either replace the item for you or issue a full refund (including shipping costs). If the item was part of a multiple item order, then a portion of the shipping cost will be refunded.
Can I return in store?
Returns and exchanges on orders from our website can be done in store – just bring your return authorization and packing slip. Store credit will be issued for returns in this circumstance since we cannot confirm original form of payment (online payments are confidential for your security).

Will I have to pay taxes on my purchase?
We charge sales tax on all orders shipped in Maine.
Is my information safe?
We will never sell or rent your information to a third party. Online credit card orders are processed through a secure server, which is as safe as using the card in person. We also never share or sell your email or other contact information for marketing purposes.
Do you offer layaway?
We do offer a layaway program at our Ogunquit store location. This begins approximately 100 days before Christmas and includes complimentary gift wrapping services up to December 14. Layaway will be announced annually as the date approaches.
