Ogunquit Author of NY Best Seller “Dasher” Matt Tavares visits for a Book Signing during Ogunquitfest weekend

We are excited to announce NY Times Bestseller author/illustrator and Ogunquit resident, Matt Tavares will be joining us during Ogunquitfest for a book signing event on Saturday, October 23, from 2-4.  Matt has graciously offered to spend time in our Ogunquit store to sign and personalize his books including NYTimes Bestsellers Dasher: How a Brave Little Doe Changed Christmas Forever. His other books will also be available including Red and Lulu, Growing up Pedro, Becoming Babe Ruth, A BEN of all trades and his newest book called Twenty-One Steps. He is a master of story telling and his illustrations are magical. Matt’s holiday books convey the true meaning of the holiday season: how important it is to be surrounded by love. The books will also be available to pre-order via phone or in store by filling out a form with the personalization information of each book purchased. Pre-order before your trip to Ogunquit, and it will be waiting for you when you arrive!

What to do:
Pre-order the books you would like  personalized from the Village Toy Funatic BEFORE October. You can do this by calling the store 207-646-7728 or by visiting the Village Toy Funatic in person to view the books being offered at 232 Main Street, Ogunquit, ME.

Include any personalization (name only!) with your order, and Matt Tavares will inscribe and sign them. We will have a limited number of books so order early to ensure availability. (We will post if we start to get close to the limit, so order with confidence).
Books will be available to pick up on October 23.  If unable to pickup, we can ship your purchase directly to you! (shipping charges will apply; please ask for more info.).
